Development of the training programme
For various areas of training, ITC has pre-designed programmes that may be used as the base for developing your training courses.
These programmes provided you with the training objectives, target audience, pre-requirements, duration, place and content of the training course, as well as the pedagogic resources that will be used. Based on your requirements, we adjust our training activities to your specifications: organisation, content, skill levels, etc.
Theoretical and practical training course in ITC centres or in the company premises
All our training courses begin with a theoretical training session with a trainer, irrespective of the welding process or the training category in safety. The trainees receive course material for each training course. This theory is subsequently applied in practical sessions and supplemented with explanations given by the trainer.
Training can also be offered directly in the company, by an ITC trainer.
For all our training courses, the number of trainees does not exceed 8 to 14 participants per coordinator.
Training programmes in our centres include providing the course material (except specific material) and all the equipment required for a successful training course.
Validation of the training courses
The validation of benefits is different depending on the training programmes being taken and the defined objectives:
- Certifications of the training programme
- Degrees such as CQPM (Certificat de Qualification Paritaire de la Métallurgie (joint qualification certificate in the metallurgy industry), equivalent of a welder's Basic National Vocational Qualification)
- Specific professional aptitude qualifications or certifications (Welder Approval, COFREND certification, CACES certification, CAUSPR, etc.)
